A Heartfelt Thank You, New Products Coming, and the Official Kickoff to Christmas Season at Cen Cal Smoke & CVBBQ Supply

Thanksgiving week was one for the books — and we owe it all to you.

A Thanksgiving Full of Gratitude

As the holiday rush rolled in, our community showed up in the biggest way possible. You didn’t just shop… you nearly emptied the place out. From last-minute turkey rub rescues to grab-and-go brines, pellets, and sauces, you filled the shop with great energy all week long.

Your support, your word-of-mouth referrals, and the way you tell friends, family, teammates, coworkers, and neighbors about Cen Cal Smoke & Central Valley BBQ Supply — that’s what keeps this whole thing moving.

We’re incredibly thankful for you, and we hope your Thanksgiving meals are unforgettable.

Restocks + New Products On the Way

Because you all cleared shelves like true pitmasters on a mission, we’ve got fresh shipments rolling in starting next week. Expect your favorites to return, along with a lineup of new additions we’re excited about.

We’re currently working with BBQ Bus to bring in:

  • A chicken brine/injection- Peep Show

  • A beef injection- Beef Show

Both of these are staples on the KCBS competition circuit, used by teams chasing trophies and 180s. If it’s trusted by the pros, we want it available for your backyard or next comp cook.

We’ve also reached out to several other companies to expand our selection even more.
If there’s something you want to see on the shelves — tell us. Customer requests have shaped so much of our lineup, and we love bringing in products YOU believe in.

Kicking Off the Christmas Season

And just like that… it’s time for the next holiday sprint.

We’re rolling straight into Christmas, and the shop will be packed with:
🎁 Grab-and-go gifts
🎁 BBQ gift packs
🎁 Stocking stuffers
🎁 Holiday rub & sauce bundles
🎁 Everything you need for Christmas dinner

Ham, prime rib, brisket, turkey, seafood — whatever your holiday centerpiece is, we’ll help you make it unforgettable.

Pro tip: Buy early. Don’t wait until the week of Christmas — things move fast every year.
