We’re thrilled to announce that the online side of our business is getting a fresh identity — introducing Central Valley BBQ Supply.

While our Modesto storefront will proudly remain Cen Cal Smoke, the rebrand allows us to expand our reach online and make it easier for BBQ fans across the Central Valley (and beyond) to shop their favorite products.

Think of it as two sides of the same flame:

  • Cen Cal Smoke – your friendly, local BBQ hub here in Modesto

  • Central Valley BBQ Supply – our online shop serving the broader BBQ community

🏁 Heading to the American Royal — Supporting Cherry Anchor BBQ

In just two weeks, we’ll be hitting the road for Kansas Speedway, joining Cherry Anchor BBQ at the legendary American Royal — the largest BBQ competition in the world.

This time, it’s Cherry Anchor’s cook, and we’re proud to be tagging along in a supporting role — he represents our local BBQ community on the national stage.
